| Description: | A Spring Communications Branch Manager is required to diligently execute the official sales program and all duties described below. The position emphasizes skills in the areas of operations, leadership, team development, and sales in a retail environment. The Branch Manager will primarily be responsible for one retail location and 3-5 employees within a territory/region and reports to the Territory Manager. The Branch Manager position is a critical role in the company, and requires a well-rounded and determined individual that will take part in the growth of the company.
Core Objective: A Spring Communications Branch Manager is required to diligently and effectively execute the Sales Program of the company and fulfill the division’s Three Fold Focus of Sales, Operations, and Team Development.

| Duties: | Meet or Exceed Sales Goals:
• 45+ hours a week
• Track daily and month-to-date Revenue, GP, Subsidies, Attachment Rates, and Activations of the branch and every employee within the branch; performance board must be updated daily by 10am
• Report daily sales numbers to the Territory Manager by 9:00am
• Conduct daily one on ones with subordinates
• Execute the Branch Routine thoroughly
• Maintain a gold standard for personal activations
• Exceed branch performance standard for efficiency of 80% and sales at 100% of GP plan
• Monitor and manage the Top Ten Report to ensure that each employee is maximizing their GP potential and obtaining the metrics set for each of the top ten categories
• Fulfill the Sales focus of our Three Fold Focus as it pertains to the Big Three
Development of Staff:
• Lead and develop ABM’s to effectively manage and lead their teams to successful fulfillment of the Sales Division’s vision and objectives.
• Mentor employees in leadership and sales skills through the company’s sales programs– namely the big three of Meetings, Evales, and Routines
• Motivate, educate, and train employees on how to fulfill Spring Communications’ mission statement- namely to exceed customer expectation in friendliness, wireless knowledge, and salesmanship
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations of all employees
• Be fully certified and support all Training, Finance, Marketing, and Operational initiatives
• Ensure that Spring’s employee philosophy is inherent in all management approaches which is that all subordinates feel that their personal success is paramount in the eyes of their direct supervisor. This “caring” management attitude must be evident in all management activities
• Fulfill the Team Development focus of our Three Fold Focus as it pertains to the Big Three
Accountability for Daily Operational Activities:
• Ensure that every employee within the branch is doing the opening and closing procedures of the routine to uphold store appearance, cleanliness, merchandise and staffing standards
• Plan weekly branch meetings that address Three Fold Focus shortcomings within the region
• Monitor Shrinkage, Pending, Aging, and Sales Orders reports weekly
• Count serialized items at each branch daily
• Assure the quality experience as per our Mission Statement of our customers
• Supervise the proper execution of the Branch Routine which includes no apathy
• Assure uniformity and enforcement of the Policies and Procedures
• Protect the company against fraudulent and harmful activities
• Hire qualified employees that meet Spring standards
• Fulfill the Operational focus of our Three Fold Focus as it pertains to the Big Three
• Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
• MBA, BA/BS
• Telecom experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Knowledge of wireless markets and industry trends
• Ability to manage multiple employees in a vigorous retail environment
• Creative and proactive thinking skills
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
