Here is your opportunity to help customers get the most out of their wireless phone while working in a really cool environment. A Spring Mobile Client Services Representative reaches out to our customers to:
1) Make sure they had a good sales experience when they visited our retail store
2) Answer any questions the customer might have about their phone and service
3) Promote additional features or products that will enhance the customer’s wireless experience
4) Make them aware of eligible discounts for being a loyal customer
This position emphasizes skills in the areas of sales and customer service.

| Duties: | Meet or Exceed Sales Goals:
• 30+ hours per week (full time)
• Engage customers to explore sales opportunities
• Conduct bill reviews on customer’s accounts
• Maintain standards for personal activations
• Attend all required meetings
• Other duties as assigned
Customer Service
• Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner

| Qualifications: | Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
• High school diploma
• 1 year of Sales/Customer Service experience preferred
• Ability to learn new products and services in a timely manner
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
