Description:A Spring Communications Wireless Consultant is required to diligently execute the official sales program and all duties described below. The position emphasizes skills in the areas of operations, teamwork and sales in a retail environment. The Wireless Consultant’s primary role will be to provide customer service and execute the sales presentations to prospective customers. The Wireless Consultant is often the first impression that customers have of Spring Communications; as a result, it is paramount that Wireless Consultants uphold at all times and to the highest standards, the company’s mission statement and core values. The Wireless Consultant position is a critical role in the company, and requires a well-rounded and determined individual that will take part in the growth of the company.
Core Objective: A Spring Communications Wireless Consultant is required to diligently and effectively execute the Sales Program of the company and fulfill the Mission Statement and Core Values.
Duties:Primary Responsibilities Include:
Meet or Exceed Sales Goals:
• 20+ hours a week (part time) or 30+ hours per week (full time)
• Properly greet and conduct sales presentations to all customers following the mystery shopper guidelines, overcoming objections and attaching features and accessories
• Look up all existing customers for VIP discounts, FAN discounts and renewal eligibility
• Report to performance board for daily one on one regarding goal setting for daily and month-to-date Revenue, GP, Subsidies, Attachment Rates, and Activations
• Maintain a gold standard for personal activations
• Fulfill the Sales focus of our Three Fold Focus as it pertains to the Big Three
Accountability for Daily Operational Activities:
• Execute the branch routine without apathy
• Follow opening and closing procedures of the routine to uphold store appearance, cleanliness, merchandise and staffing standards
• Attend all required meetings
• Maintain all customer contracts with zero pending
• Assure the quality experience as per our Mission Statement of our customers
• Obey all Policies and Procedures
• Protect the company against fraudulent and harmful activities
• Fulfill the Operational focus of our Three Fold Focus as it pertains to the Big Three
• Other duties as assigned
Customer Service
• Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner
• Follow Spring Communications mission statement
Qualifications:Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
• High school diploma
• Telecom experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
• Ability to learn new products and services in a timely manner
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
